Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with the order number and corresponding details. You will also receive an order confirmation email with the same information, which may take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your email inbox.

We accept all Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay payments.

Cards and other payment methods are not charged until an order has been accepted and fulfilled.

You can track the status of your order and its delivery at any time in the link you will receive by e-mail.

CAZABAT offers free standard shipping via DHL, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 6 business days after your order has been dispatched. For customers in Europe and the UK, express shipping is available, ensuring delivery within 1 to 2 business days. For security reasons, online CAZABAT orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be advised that when opting for a delivery in front of your door or to a neighbor through DHL On-Demand Delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package.

Our warehouse is located in Italy. CAZABAT covers VAT for all orders shipped within the European Union, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery. For shipments to the UK, United States, and UAE, the final price you pay will include all taxes and duties.

We accept returns made within 14 days of receipt of the package if the conditions of our Return Policy are met. For more information on the return process, please visit our page dedicated to Returns.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing your return. You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the refund has been issued.

The time it takes for your funds to be available in your account may vary depending on the payment method used. Credit cards will take up to 2-7 business days (depending on your bank) and PayPal within 48 hours.
